One seal. Two jobs.
Your inventory system tells you what you should have. A VeroTag seal tells you what you actually have, and proves where it came from.
VeroTag seals link any collectible to a digital passport. A phone tap proves it's real. A UHF sweep counts a whole box at once.
Your inventory system tells you what you should have. A VeroTag seal tells you what you actually have, and proves where it came from.
One tag answers two ways. A phone’s tap proves a single item is genuine, untouched and whose it is. A reader’s sweep counts a whole shelf, box or vault in one pass, and flags anything missing or swapped.
The inventory job is the reason to use it. The provenance job is the reason it is worth something.
A tap reads the tag. The app shows what the item is and lets its owner claim it. The moment the claim is sent, the record splits four ways, so the facts can be public while the owner stays private.
The passport is public. The owner is private. The proof is permanent.

Each event in an item’s life becomes a fingerprint, sealed into a block that links back to the blocks before it. Anyone can check an item’s history. No one can quietly rewrite it.
The ledger holds proof, never people.
In the FY2031 base case the collector tier and its software bring in about 82% of $42.8M. VeroGuard and VeroCore add about 10%, and the credibility that turns a hardware company into acquirable infrastructure.
Seals carry roughly 63% margin, subscriptions roughly 88%. As the recurring share climbs, blended margin climbs with it.

Fakes already cost every one of these markets real money, and none has settled how to prove what’s real. One seal reaches them a ring at a time: collectors first, then graders, then the factory floor.
$0.0Mprojected annual revenue by FY2031 in the base case, up from $410K in FY2027 as the seal reaches each ring.
Ring figures are published estimates of each market and of what fakes cost it. Revenue is a projection from the Aug 2026 plan, not an offer.

In the graded card, the chip is built in. On the loose card, it’s in the seal. Move the magnifier over the card in the slab to see the two antennas and the chip that give it its identity, then peel the seal on the loose card.
A tamper-evident seal any collector can apply. Peel it and it says VOID.

Once the record is pressed, a VeroTag seal goes into its centre label. Nothing to see, nothing to peel off, alive to any phone. Every copy carries its own number and its own passport: that exact disc, and everyone who has held it.
Fuel the fire, feel the heat
Stomping on the dirty street
Pressure rising, overload
Watch the fuse, let it explode!
Kick through the gate, let the whole room shake
Every rule on the wall is a rule we break
Hands up, heads high, let the pressure release
We came for the spark, now we’re taking the streets
Ignite the spark!
Tear up the dark!
Ignite the spark!
We're leaving a mark!
Rhythm racing through the veins
Breaking off the heavy chains
Static screaming in the air
Riot culture everywhere!
No retreat, no pause, when the red lights flare
We turn that weight into fuel in the air
From the back of the line to the front of the sound
We hit like a wave, shake the whole ground
Ignite the spark!
Tear up the dark!
Ignite the spark!
We're leaving a mark!
Go! Go! Go! Go!
One breath, one match, one chance to begin
Break out the frame, let the noise rush in
Ignite the spark!
Tear up the dark!
Ignite the spark!
We're leaving a mark!
Spitfire!
Ignite the spark!
A red thread caught in the machine
Your hand keeps turning what should sleep
You lean across the table
Like a verdict dressed in black
I hold the old mic steady
While the room leans off its track
Axel twists the silver knobs
Till the walls begin to strain
You say my name like velvet
With a blade sewn in the grain
Come closer, say it plain
I can take the weight
Static velvet, pull me under
Soft hands, a mouth of thunder
You press your fear against my skin
I let the whole bad weather in
Static velvet, stay and sever
Hold me hard, then hold forever
Your coat still smells of cold rain
And the iron stairwell door
I count the cracks above us
You count reasons to want more
I answer in a low growl
Then I split the silence wide
You keep your eyes upon me
Like the truth could change its side
You talk in circles, I cut through the center
One foot planted, no room for surrender
Every small promise turns heavy and black
You pull me close, then you pull your hand back
Say what you mean with your teeth unclenched
I know every wall by the way it bends
If this is a game, then the cost is clear
You want my pulse, but you want my fear
Static velvet, pull me under
Soft hands, a mouth of thunder
You press your fear against my skin
I let the whole bad weather in
Static velvet, stay and sever
Hold me hard, then hold forever
You left your ring beside the sink
It keeps its circle in the rust
I could put it on and call it fate
I could leave it where it was
Static velvet, pull me under
Soft hands, a mouth of thunder
You press your fear against my skin
I let the whole bad weather in
Static velvet, stay and sever
Hold me hard, then hold forever
Static velvet—hear me now
I won’t bend and I won’t bow
Your ring beside the sink
The red thread still caught
Cut the pane, count the cracks
One breath in, no way back
You drew a line across the frame
Said keep your hands clean, keep your name
I watched the silver split the red
And heard the words you never said
Now every edge is turning bright
The pressure learns to bite
Glass wire, pull me through
I can take the cut if it leads to you
Glass wire, tight and live
I won’t go quiet just to survive
Hold fast, don’t let it break
We are the fault line you can’t erase
Glass wire, burning clear
I’m still right here
Your perfect crest was bolted shut
A polished face, a hollow gut
I took the shard you left behind
And made a compass from the shine
Now every edge is turning bright
The pressure learns to bite
Glass wire, pull me through
I can take the cut if it leads to you
Glass wire, tight and live
I won’t go quiet just to survive
Hold fast, don’t let it break
We are the fault line you can’t erase
Glass wire, burning clear
I’m still right here
No clean escape, no softened truth
A cracked-open gate, a hard-won proof
You built the cage around my voice
I split the frame, I made the choice
Glass wire, pull me through
I can take the cut; I’m breaking through
Glass wire, tight and live
I won’t go quiet, I’m still alive
Hold fast, don’t let it break
We are the fault line you can’t erase
Glass wire, burning clear
I’m still right here
Still right here
Still right here
I count the seams beneath my hands
The room grows still; I understand
You left the mark across the frame
I kept the pieces, kept my name
The red has faded from the glass
I let the sharpest moment pass
The edges settle into light
The pulse no longer has to fight
Glass wire, loosen through
I can face the road without reaching for you
Glass wire, slack and still
I can choose the shape of my own will
Hold fast, let the silence stay
We are more than what we broke away
Glass wire, cooling clear
I’m still right here
That perfect crest has lost its hold
The polished surface gathers gold
I took the shard you left behind
And set it down; the choice was mine
The edges settle into light
The pulse no longer has to fight
Glass wire, loosen through
I can face the road without reaching for you
Glass wire, slack and still
I can choose the shape of my own will
Hold fast, let the silence stay
We are more than what we broke away
Glass wire, cooling clear
I’m still right here
No clean escape, but room to breathe
A door unlatched, a life to leave
You built a cage around my voice
I set it down; I made my choice
Glass wire, loosen through
I can face the road; I’m walking it new
Glass wire, slack and still
I can choose the shape of my own will
Hold fast, let the silence stay
We are more than what we broke away
Glass wire, cooling clear
I’m still right here
Still right here
The morning holds
Still right here
You draw a line across the floor
I cross it hard, I ask for more
Your polished rules come down like rain
I bite the wire, I wear the stain
Count me out, then count again
I’ve got a pulse beneath my skin
Iron veins, I won’t bend
Break the lock, break the frame
Iron veins, start again
I am more than what you named
Your clean white room, your measured tone
I made a kingdom of my own
The floor gives way, the walls lean in
You hear the crowd before I grin
Count me out, then count again
I’ve got a pulse beneath my skin
Iron veins, I won’t bend
Break the lock, break the frame
Iron veins, start again
I am more than what you named
Cut the current
Kill the sound
Feel the low end
Shake the ground
You can take the stage lights down
You can turn the whole room cold
I still carry what I came for
I still won’t do what I’m told
Iron veins, I won’t bend
Break the lock, break the frame
Iron veins, start again
I am more than what you named
Iron veins, hear me now
I won’t disappear or cave
Iron veins, I stand my ground
I am more than what you named
More than what you named
Iron veins
You left your coat beside the door
The morning settled on the floor
I took the long way past the square
And found some room to breathe out there
I let the quiet name the pain
Then watched it loosen in the rain
Open hands, I can mend
Let the old walls fall away
Open hands, start again
I can choose the words I say
The kettle clicked at half past eight
Your note was folded by my plate
I read it once, then let it rest
A little less held in my chest
I let the quiet name the pain
Then watched it loosen in the rain
Open hands, I can mend
Let the old walls fall away
Open hands, start again
I can choose the words I say
Leave the window
Let air in
Set the burden
Down again
When the room turns wide and still
I can hear my own heart settle
There is nothing left to prove
There is space enough to move
Open hands, I can mend
Let the old walls fall away
Open hands, start again
I can choose the words I say
Open hands, here I stand
Not the girl I was before
Open hands, I understand
I can leave and still be sure
I can choose the words I say
Open hands
A pale cut in the cloudline
A wing against the dark
You drew a blade across the evening
Left its silver on my skin
I heard the iron gates complaining
When the long night let you in
Keep your hands upon the warning
Keep your eyes fixed on the flame
I have crossed the blackened water
I have carried my own name
Vesper’s descent, bring the ceiling down
Wing and crescent over this town
I won’t kneel, I won’t disappear
I’m still standing when the dark gets near
Vesper’s descent, let the hard rain fall
I have teeth for the night, I can take it all
You can turn the lock against me
You can salt the ground I tread
But the pulse beneath the ruin
Keeps a rhythm in my chest
Keep your hands upon the warning
Keep your eyes fixed on the flame
I have crossed the blackened water
I have carried my own name
Vesper’s descent, bring the ceiling down
Wing and crescent over this town
I won’t kneel, I won’t disappear
I’m still standing when the dark gets near
Vesper’s descent, let the hard rain fall
I have teeth for the night, I can take it all
If the sky breaks open
Let it break above me
If the night comes calling
It will have to know me
Vesper’s descent, bring the ceiling down
Wing and crescent over this town
I won’t kneel, I won’t disappear
I’m still standing when the dark gets near
Vesper’s descent, let the hard rain fall
I have teeth for the night, I can take it all
Wing and crescent
I remain
Softer Road Mix
The morning settles on the sill
A quiet bird folds in its wings
You left your coat beside the doorway
A thread of rain along the seam
I watched the kettle lose its temper
While daylight filled the in-between
I can set the cup beside you
I can leave the curtains wide
All the roads we took through winter
Still have room on either side
Vesper, take the softer road
Let the early hours unfold
I can stay and I can change
I can make a home from space
Vesper, let the weather pass
Watch the water clear the glass
What we couldn’t hold before
Can be something kinder now
I found your note beneath the table
Your careful letters, plain and small
No grand goodbye, no final answer
Just a number I could call
I can set the cup beside you
I can leave the curtains wide
All the roads we took through winter
Still have room on either side
Vesper, take the softer road
Let the early hours unfold
I can stay and I can change
I can make a home from space
Vesper, let the weather pass
Watch the water clear the glass
What we couldn’t hold before
Can be something kinder now
If the old hurt rises
We can let it settle
If you need a minute
I can meet you there
Vesper, take the softer road
Let the early hours unfold
I can stay and I can change
I can make a home from space
Vesper, let the weather pass
Watch the water clear the glass
What we couldn’t hold before
Can be something kinder now
A cup beside the window
A little room to begin
You clock me in beneath the red-lit dial
Steel teeth turn, mile after mile
Your paper crown, your numbered grin
I hear the whole machine give in
Count it down, count it down
Hands off the switch, I’m taking it now
Crimson rust, on the gears you trust
I won’t bend, I won’t break to dust
Maya: You can lock the gate, you can raise the wall
Backing vocals: We rise, we rise
Maya: When the whole line stalls, I outlast it all
Backing vocals: We rise, we rise
Hot sparks spit from the belt below
You set the pace, but I set the no
One wrong step and the columns sway
I pull the pin and walk away
Count it down, count it down
Hands off the switch, I’m taking it now
Crimson rust, on the gears you trust
I won’t bend, I won’t break to dust
Maya: You can lock the gate, you can raise the wall
Backing vocals: We rise, we rise
Maya: When the whole line stalls, I outlast it all
Backing vocals: We rise, we rise
No more numbers on my sleeve
No more orders I believe
Every bolt you drove in tight
Turns beneath my heel tonight

I won’t bend, I won’t break to dust

No app hunt, no account. A phone touched to the label, and this is what comes back.
Phone to the label. The copy proves itself and greets its holder by number: no app, no account.
One minute. The copy’s passport now belongs to that person, publicly and permanently, and it travels with the record.
The record becomes the standing invitation: the room, the drops, the seat that was always promised.
Verify every drive. Know every owner. Reach every owner who opts in, for the life of the drive.
Every owner who registers and opts in is one the maker can reach again. One message turns quiet owners into repeat customers.
Three listings, all sold as new. Tap each one the way a buyer would.
A phone checks one drive. A reader at the dock counts a whole pallet in one pass.
Each event is signed and linked to the ones before it. Names and addresses never go into the record: only proof.
Built in at the factory and run as a service: nothing for the maker to build, no keys to guard, no app to maintain.
